What we collect

When you make a reservation we collect the name, e-mail address, telephone number and country of the lead guest, the dates and accommodation chosen, any extras selected and any notes you add to the booking. When you use the contact form we collect the name, e-mail address and message you send. Our web server keeps standard access logs, and the site sets the cookies WordPress needs to run.

Why we use it

To hold and manage your reservation, to answer your enquiry, to arrange the extras and activities you have asked for with the providers concerned, and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to accommodation providers in Greece.

Who sees it

Only the hotel team and, where you have booked an activity or a transfer, the provider operating it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Contact-form messages are kept while the enquiry is open and for a short period afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@ai4hotels.online and we will answer within one month.
