1. About this site

This website is operated as a demonstration property, ABC Boutique Hotel, on a private peninsula between Platis Gialos and Psarou, Mykonos 84600, Greece. Reservation enquiries are handled at info@ai4hotels.online and +44 753 715 8614.

2. Making a reservation

A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation e-mail carrying a reservation number. Until that e-mail is sent, dates are held but not guaranteed. The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone named on the booking.

Bookable dates run from 1 May 2026 to 30 April 2028. Rates are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) per accommodation per night and include the daily breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi and all local taxes unless the room description says otherwise.

3. Rates, extras and payment

The price shown at the last step of the booking form is the total for your stay, including any extras you have selected. Extras such as airport transfers, spa access, guaranteed late check-out and activities are charged per the quantities chosen and are confirmed subject to availability on the day.

Where a deposit is requested, the balance is due on arrival. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout; any bank or currency-conversion charges are the guest’s responsibility.

4. Changes and cancellation

Most rates include free cancellation. The cancellation terms that apply to your reservation are displayed against the room before you confirm and are repeated on your confirmation e-mail — please read them, as they differ between room categories and between seasons.

Unless your rate states otherwise: cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival are refunded in full; cancellations inside 14 days are charged the first night; and a no-show or an early departure is charged in full.

To change or cancel, use the link on your confirmation e-mail or write to info@ai4hotels.online quoting your reservation number.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. Earlier arrival and later departure are offered subject to availability; guaranteed late check-out until 18:00 can be added to the booking in advance. Photographic identification is required at check-in for every adult guest.

6. Occupancy

Each accommodation has a maximum occupancy shown on its page, and that limit includes children. Extra beds and cots are subject to availability and must be requested before arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a booking where the number of guests exceeds the stated capacity.

7. During your stay

Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Small pets are welcome on request when agreed in advance. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation or hotel property. Please respect quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00, particularly on terraces and around private pools.

Private pools, the beach and the wellness facilities are used at guests’ own risk. Children must be supervised at all times in and around the water.

8. Activities and third-party services

Boat trips, jet-ski hire, quad safaris, horse riding, balloon flights and similar activities are operated by independent local providers. The hotel arranges the booking on your behalf; the provider’s own terms, safety rules, minimum ages and weather-cancellation policies apply. Where an activity is cancelled for weather or safety, the amount paid is refunded or moved to another day.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability in connection with a reservation is limited to the total amount paid for that reservation. We are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including weather, strikes, ferry or flight disruption and government restrictions.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law, and the courts of Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from a reservation.
